Shipping overview
All Good Life Rituals orders ship from Bangkok, Thailand. We work with trusted carriers to deliver your products safely and as quickly as possible. Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your location.
Processing times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Thai public holidays). During peak periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer, but we always aim to ship your order as quickly as we can.
Estimated delivery times
Once shipped, typical delivery windows are:
• ASEAN: approximately 3–7 business days
• Rest of world: approximately 7–14 business days
These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and local courier performance. External factors such as customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays can occasionally extend delivery times.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected service level. From time to time, we may offer promotional or complimentary shipping; any such offers will be clearly indicated at checkout.
International shipping & customs
We offer worldwide delivery to most countries. Estimated delivery times and available services will be displayed at checkout once you enter your shipping address.
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout and, if applicable, will be collected by your local customs or courier before delivery.
Please note that customs processes or inspections can occasionally delay delivery beyond our usual estimates. We are unable to influence these procedures once the shipment has arrived in the destination country.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email or WhatsApp, depending on the contact details provided at checkout. You can use this tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey and see the latest delivery updates from the carrier.
If you have not received your tracking details within a few days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder and then contact us if needed.
Delivery issues & lost parcels
If your tracking information shows a significant delay, or if your order appears lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will work with our logistics partners to investigate and support you in finding a suitable resolution in line with our shipping and returns policies.
If an order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, we may request additional information (such as confirmation from neighbours, building management, or the local post office) before determining next steps.
Incorrect addresses & failed deliveries Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for delayed or undelivered orders where the address provided was incomplete or incorrect. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we can re-ship it to an updated address; additional shipping charges may apply.
Returns & replacements
For information on faulty product replacements and our no change‑of‑mind returns policy, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Shipping costs associated with approved returns or replacements will be handled in line with that policy.
