Refunds & Returns Policy

This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to purchases made directly from Good Life Rituals on goodliferituals.com.
We take great care in crafting and packaging every Good Life Rituals product. Because our products are personal care items and handled to high hygiene standards, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If something about your order is not as it should be, our team will be here to help.

1. Faulty or damaged products

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or otherwise defective, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us.
To report a faulty or damaged product, please:

  • Send us a WhatsApp message with your order number, or
  • Email photos of the issue and your order number to support@goodliferituals.com

Once your claim is approved, we will arrange a prompt replacement.

  • For eligible returns within ASEAN, we will provide a prepaid return label or equivalent return shipping solution.
  • Items should only be sent back after our team has confirmed and approved the return, as unapproved parcels may not be processed.

2. Returns for non‑faulty items (change of mind)

Because our products are personal care items made to strict quality and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or other non‑faulty reasons.

If something doesn’t feel quite right with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it quickly and thoughtfully.

  • We do not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.
  • In rare, exceptional cases where we approve a return for a non‑faulty item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • For any such exceptions, refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product‑for‑product exchanges.
In cases where an item is confirmed to be faulty, we will:

4. European Union 14‑day cooling‑off period

For orders delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, in line with applicable consumer protection laws.
To be eligible under the 14‑day cooling‑off period:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • For reasons of health and hygiene, this right does not apply to products that have been opened or used.

If you exercise your right to cancel within this period:

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the products to us, unless otherwise required by local law.
